An opinion
I've watched 2 television programmes today: 1 was on the history channel & told of the rise of the Nazi's in Germany & the consequences of them seizing power.
Later in the evening I watched a documentary on the English Defense League. Both programmes caused me great concern & distress.Seeing the type of racist thug that appears to be attracted to the 'EDL' I see parallels with the young 'men' in Germany who in the third decade of the last century bullied & murdered those members of their community who were differed from them by virtue of race, religion, creed,political belief or who just happened to look different from them.
Bullies, Fascists & dangerous people that's all they are & listening to them there is a common thread running through them....they have difficulty stringing half a dozen intelligent words together.
I pray that we never forget the lessons of history & have learned from them. These people must never be allowed to come to a position of power.BUT: I urge everyone to watch the news, documentaries whenever the EDL are featured.Watch & be learn.

April Love
We have walked in Love's land a little way,

Once again the people of the UK are to be subjected to the oppressive 'government' of the Fascist Conservatives. Though its no more than the fickle amnesic electorate deserve voting as they did.
Do people really believe that Cameron will be the salvation of the nation?
We have him desperatly seducing the support from Clegg to form a government. The Liberal democrates-I always believed them to be Left of Centre, but now here we are in 2010 now they are Right of Centre.

Throw the begging man the left overs...
I saw on the BBC midland news the other night that the Chinese company who have 'taken over' the once proud Austin (Rover) motor company,the now deceased and cremated heart of Britain's once mighty motor industry.
The news 'raved' fell over themselves showing us the latest model that the company has produced, they then spoke to the people who 'build' the car in whats left of the Longbridge site. These sad people were all agog at the car, saying how wonderful it was to be 'building' vehicles again at Longbridge. The thing is the car is actually made in China then shipped in bits to Longbride to be assembled y British car workers. How shameful is this?! What & how low have we stooped to in this country that we now just assemble cars made abroad. I think this is absolutely awful. Throw the British working man some crumbs.
However, I can understand the 'joy' expressed by the assemblers at Longbridge: they have a job & are able to see an end product which is more than they had before when the Judas of a government allowed Rover to close thus throwing thousands onto the dole.
Socialists? Don't make me laugh. Te philosophy of the thankfully outgoing bourgeois socialist' government appeared to be "bugger the working man lets claim some more on expenses & live like fat feudal lords"

The General Election.
On Thursday May 6th 2010 the shit will hit the proverbial fan. On that day the populace of these once fair isles will be able & encouraged to vote in for at least another 4 years a group of selfish, money grabbing,sensory blind people who claim to be democratic politicians.
What ever 'party' gains power one thing will occur-the likes of you and me will have to pay the cost. This cost will be reflected in us having to shelve out more money (to pay for the cock ups of the present/last lot of twats) and us suffering even further shortages and cuts in education vis a vie numbers of teachers,larger class sizes, health care professionals and reduced services in the health service provision. No doubt also there will be fewer police on the beat despite the promises made by each of the parties also. We will still be funding an unwinable war in Afghanistan & funding a nuclear weapons programme that will never be used. Who is the enemy?? What a waste of money.
I have had one visit to my door asking for my vote:- The Respect Party. And this annoys me. Its annoys me that the Labour, Conservative and Liberal Parties appear to take it for granted that I will vote for them, or that my vote isn't worth counting, that I'm not worth the trouble. Well fuck them. None of the group of three I mentioned are worth a vote.Its hard to spot any difference between the three to be honest. They've all fleeced us, fecked up our once proud country, bent us double with he largest National Debt in living memory and speak with very forked & pointed tongues.
They are all bastards.

So I'm sitting on the plane waiting to take off, then I was on the train travelling from Birmingham International station to that filthy hell hole known as New Street station. Then yesterday I was in Sainsburys buying some tea. Ordinary stuff.
However out of the apparent heavens comes a voice telling me what to do, giving me 'information' of some (often trivial ) sort. No, dear reader I am not suffering a relapse of my psychosis, its that almost everywhere I go people/organisations give out intrusive audible commands or instructions.
For example: Sitting on the train a voice announces that "passengers should please take care to take their luggage with them when they leave the train" How dare they!! Suppose I want to leave one (or more) of my cases etc on the train? Isn't it my choice?! Suppose I want to stand near the edge of the platform? My choice! (OK so "you might get sucked off" (thats what the sign said!!) Well count me in on that one matey!!
And on the plane I'm told to adopt the "brace position when instructed" Thank you Monarch Airline but I don't want too so piss off! The cabin crew member stands there telling me how to put on a life jacket...I might not want to!!
I was running short of Earl Grey Tea yesterday so I went to Sainsbuys to top up. Browsing as you/I do a voice comes out of the heavens telling me that I can have 25% off all wines. I DON'T WISH TO KNOW THIS INFORMATION!!! Its all so intrusive, please shut the fuck up!!
